BRP cards much delay
Dear Home Office,
Dear Home Office,
My Case IDs:
26928523
26928524
26928525
26928526
On 18/08/2020 ,I was approved for Tier 2 visa
According to Home office letter I should get BRP within 7~10 working days. Now it has been more than 10 working days - I followed the process outlined on your website to contact if the BRP card has not arrived.
I did that, and this is the response I received:
"Thank you for your email.
Please be advised that there has been a technical issue with producing your BRP.
This has been passed to the appropriate team who are aware and will contact you again in due course.
Regards
Ben
BRP Delivery Team"
I need to travel asap to bring my kids back for schools. I am stuck only for this BRP card delay since I made my application on April 2020.
I am clueless about where my BRP card is and whether or not I am going to receive it in the next couple of days. There is no transparency when it comes to information available on this.
At this circumstance,
(1) Could you please be a little bit specific - when EXACTLY do you think I will receive my BRP card?
(2)Could you please advise what is the best way forward in this situation of emergency.
Thank you in advance for you kind cooperation at this matter & looking forward to hear from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Peter Youssef
