BRP card issue & delivery delay for Case ID: 021138818

Dear Home Office,

My case ID 021138818

On 22/09/2016, I was approved for ILR visa by attending at Croydon Premium Service on 19/09/2016.

According to Home office letter I should get BRP within 7~10 working days. Now it has been more than 10 working days - I followed the process outlined on your website to contact if the BRP card has not arrived.

As part of my work commitment I am a frequent traveler (every month). I am stuck only for this BRP card delay. I tried to contact with the BRP unit card return via the website and by phone explaining my situation, but to no avail. The information I received that details of the case are not accessible via the database, but there is no indication that it is in production. Till today no response received.
I am clueless about where my BRP card is and whether or not I am going to receive it in the next couple of days. Please help.

At this circumstance,
(1) Could you please be a little bit specific - when do you think I will receive my BRP card?
(2) Could you please advise what is the best way forward in this situation. My previous BRP was valid until 09/2017. Can I travel using photocopy of it?
