Dear Mr Springthorpe

Further to your request under the Freedom of Information Act please find
the documents you requested in the attached file.

In order to add context and openness to the information we are supplying
the following information:

CFRS visited the theatre on 14 occasions. These visits can either be
compliant (‘broadly compliant’) or unsatisfactory, 12 and 2 respectively,
highlighted below.

A consultation letter is sent following a consultation with a building
control body or Licensing Authority.

An educate and inform letter is simply an extra piece of guidance, when
minor deficiencies are found. This can be sent whether the outcome of the
audit is deemed broadly compliant or unsatisfactory.
