Bristol Disability Parking PCNs
Dear Bristol City Council,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request data regarding the number of motorists issued PCNs for wrongly parking in designated disabled person’s parking bays.
Can I please receive a total count of PCNs issued for violating the following contravention codes:
Code 40. “Parked in a designated disabled person’s parking place without displaying a valid disabled person’s badge in the prescribed manner.”
Code 87. “Parked in a designated disabled person’s parking place without displaying a valid disabled person’s badge in the prescribed manner.”
I wish to solely receive the total amount of PCNs motorists have been issued for violating these codes.
If I could please receive this total count for the time period of 01/04/2018 - 31/03/2019 that would be fantastic.
If you require any further clarification, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Yours faithfully,
Russ Hunter
