This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act. Please pass this request on to the department which deals with electoral services.
1) I would like to request all internal correspondence and communications which mentions, or refers to, the Brexit Party.
2) I would also like to request all external correspondence and communications between the Council and the Brexit Party.
I would like to receive this information in an electronic format. If you feel that a substantive response to this request is not possible within a reasonable time frame, I would be grateful if you could contact me and provide assistance as to how I can refine the request. Thank you for your e-mail requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Your request is being considered and you will receive the information requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject to the information not being exempt or containing a reference to a third party.

Our response is that any communication with the Brexit Party would have been limited to receiving nominations and election results only. Any direct correspondence would have been undertaken by the election team in Manchester.
