Has your Council made any other assessment of the Brexit Impact?
The Council has looked at academic research e.g. University of Birmingham,
which seeks to assess likely impacts to local economies. It has also asked
questions of local businesses in its annual survey carried out by
independent consultants. A growing proportion of local businesses consider
Brexit will have an impact – up from 9% in 2016 to 26% in 2017. A
breakdown of the reasons is given at

The Council has also participated in a discussion about potential impacts
at the Gloucestershire Economic Growth Joint Committee on 20^th March
