Dear Training and Development Agency for Schools,
Please could you give me the pass and fail rate for the above course provided by Dyslexia Action validated by York University, with figures from October 2007. More specifically, from the fail rate;
(1) How many referred to a different cohort for the same course and went on to gain the qualification.
(2) How many referred to a different course and gained a different qualification (please specify).
(3) How many failed the course following re submission.
(4) How many withdrew after a leave of absence, joined a later cohort and whether they gained the above qualification.
(5) How many failed the entire course following re submission of module 3.
