Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with details of the following:

Details housing benefits tenants and or homeless from the borough of Tower Hamlets offered social housing in Southend Borough Council/Essex Homes social housing properties and the number that accepted the offer of such housing for the last 5 years.

I understand that under the Act I am entitled to a response within 20 working days of your receipt of this request. Some parts of the request may be easier to answer than others. Should this be the case, I request that you release information as soon as possible.

If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.

I would prefer to receive the information electronically.

If you require any clarification, I expect you to contact me under your section 16 duty to provide advice and assistance if you find any aspect of this FOI request problematic.

2018  requesting:

Details housing benefits tenants and or homeless from the borough of Tower
Hamlets offered social housing in Southend Borough Council/Essex Homes
social housing properties and the number that accepted the offer of such
housing for the last 5 years.
 
We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000  and we aim to send a response by 1 February 2018.
 
In some case, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we will
send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000  may restrict the release of some or
all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment
and if any exemptions  apply to some or all of the information then we

the case and advise you of your rights to request an internal review and
to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
