A copy of the information is enclosed. Please be aware that the Commission is not responsible for licensing premises. This falls to the local Licensing Authority in which the premises is situated. We receive notification of the surrender of a premises licence from the Local Authority and we can only collate figures once the Local Authorities have notified us. The attached list are those bookmaking premises where a local authority has notified the Commission that a premises licence has been granted and therefore we cannot guarantee the information is complete, accurate or up to date.
