Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Please provide me the information you would hold on electronic format on the court record,of all data sent to cafcass in Birmingham from 03/09/12 and would of ended on 17/06/14 under the above case numbers? I request this in a format i can understand having spoken by phone i am aware of this data is on record by the court.

Please Provide me a full account of the court record of all date received from my acting solicitors Law Hurst and Taylor and dates application were noted as being received and statements and other documents from the above dates and shared with the judge other wise one has no record of what was seen or passed on the judge by said dates. Again having spoken by phone i am aware this data is on record.

In light of the time to search it would be quicker to print of the whole court of record in an electronic format that i under stand and this would then include any other third party data that would hold my name on.

Please include a list of all the court order made and sent out and to whom they were sent to? and proof of the same, which would be by DX tracking or post. the date sent would be noted and to whom it was sent to. for the above dates.

Please provide any photographic evidence or medical letters ever submitted to the court also? By myself having carried out a subject access request the data was not listed in a format i could under stand so this was not fulfilled. and rather a bundle of data was sent and did not list such documents or dates for the above.

You would hold my email account so if any issue please share the above to my personally and accept this as request for information but the public interest would apply so the public can see how such data is saved or shared as to orders of the court being made and proof the judge had sight of such data others wise as in my case this can have a dramatic affect if others mislead you certain things had been sent when in fact it appears they were now or were sent late or on the day of hearings.

Please Provide the Draft court order received on 26/09/12 and 27/02/13 and on 25/10/13 and 10/07/13 and from whom these were received from? not the full orders as i have these but the draft orders so the court staff then know what to type up and seal and send out. given the solicitors send these to the court some times days later who over see's that the order being sent to the court are in fact the orders agreed in the court in private? as by the time the judge next has sight of the case which is months later he would not be aware fully of what orders he directed to make and did not make so what security is in place to prevent fraud upon the court taking place if certain legal professionals are not following there codes and ethics or have no codes to abide by as they are not solicitors or barristers but have right to conduct litigation due to there firm being on the court of record? there are numerous members of the public interested in this point to many names to mention on here.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Davis
