However, it is evident from conversations with these former CCG areas that different guidelines have been communicated / are being followed. Therefore, we ask you to confirm what Blood Glucose Formulary guidelines each of these CCG areas should currently be adhering to. I write in response to your recent email in which you requested we undertake an internal review of our handling of your FOI request 'Blood Glucose Formulary Guidelines'.
I am sorry for the delay in responding to your FOI request. The response has now been completed and it is attached to this email. However, I would like to assure you that we will be undertaking an internal review, as you request, and that this will be undertaken by a senior member of staff who has not been involved in responding to your FOI request.
Following the completion of our internal review we will write to you explaining the findings. It is hoped that the review will be completed by 18 January 2023. However, if this is not possible and additional time is required, I will write to you again to explain.
