Blocking of email accounts
Dear Department for Communities and Local Government,
I would be grateful if the department would provide the procedures used for blocking individual email accounts (named individual or company) used by its IT Department. I would also like to see the criteria used to decide whether an email account is blocked as well as who needs to authorise this action (job titles would be sufficient).
I would also like to see the total number of individual email accounts blocked by this department for 2010, 2011 and 2012 split into the following criteria:
