Prime Minister's Office Nid oedd gan y wybodaeth y gofynnwyd amdani.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,

Background: Rishi Sunak's as announced a £15bn cost of living plan in which many people such as Boris Johnson will be handed an additional £400 by the taxpayer even though they can afford to support themselves during the energy crisis.

FoI request: If it exists, please kindly provide a copy of the procedure in which the government is going to claim this money back from people who refuse to give it back to HMRC voluntarily. It's fiscally irresponsible to give people taxpayers money when they don't need it.

Yours faithfully,

Amanda Hart
