Blind Lady Fit To Work...........

GEOFFREY REYNOLDS

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Just an extract from a lady who is blind that an ATOS HCP says is fit to work,

How can one evaluate the depths that a government department can sink to?
How can these miscreants, the lowest form of shit, ever do this to a lady devoid of the power to see?

The DWP have become the lowest of the lowest. They have been sinking for a long time but this must be the lowest ever……
Scumbags would be a compliment, these shithouses have dragged the depths of depraviity….
An elderly lady who is visually impaired……..
Stealing is one thing, but from someone who cannot see the perpetrator is the biggest crime ever………………..
A brown envelope from a cowardly department, probably the lowest of the lowest, the worst scenario that one could ever wish to meet………………………………..
If it was stuck on the sole of your shoe, you could probably scrape it off, these bastards not only steal your benefits, they gloat as you die!
A medal has never been minted that would be appropriate for the actions of the DWP against the poor and the disabled.
if it was, it would resemble an iron cross, the accolade awarded to those who committed the most heinous acts upon the weakest.

The DWP should wear their medals with pride………….
More suicides than between two world wars and poverty at a level than can ever be spoken…………..

“i WAS ONLY DOING MY JOB” is no excuse. The murder of innocent people is a crime…………..

My question is easy.................

Did the ATOS HCP, SIGN THE DOCUMENT THAT SAID THIS LADY IS FIT FOR WORK OR DID YOU SEND AN ANONYMOUS BROWN LETTER?

Yours faithfully,

GEOFF REYNOLDS

I noticed that you cut and pasted this story from an anti welfare reform website.
The Dwp seem to think that it's just you who dislikes them intensely, they seem oblivious to the fact that everyone hares them.
The actions of atos are absolutely disgusting, they know it and we know it.
Stealing from the disabled is the lowest of the low but winning at tribunal level and then being sent for another medical soon after is tantamount to licensed robbery'

Atos HCP can misrepresent a client in all wca reports.
The only way to put a stop to this is to have an audio recording made of the wca.
Atos will offer to supply the audio equipment. When you arrive at your wca they will ask you to sign a waiver which states that you will not use the recording for any other purpose than to assist your claim. After all, the recording will belong to them and they can decide what a copy can be used for.
If you have a wca booked you can take your own recording equipment as long as you give formal notice that you intend to record.
This will make the recording yours, and you can use it to prosecute the HCP privately. The Hcp can not hide behind the corporation when accused of misrepresentation which has caused loss or harm.
Small claims courts were designed to simplify claims, and I can assure you that you will be surprised at how easy it can be to prosecute. One step above small claims courts are fast track courts. These courts are also a breeze. Try visiting any of these courts and ask an official how to make a claim, they will gladly help you as it is in their interest to have the business.

My report was a beauty, i was seen to rise from a chair after i declined to sit,was seen to get on a couch unaided, declined to be examined on 75 occasions and was observed to stand in the same place for the duration of the examination.........

Ownership of the record will get you remedy.
If atos owns it, they control it.
