Dear Southend on Sea Borough Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, please send me your council’s draft Better Care Fund plan, as submitted to NHS England in February.

All Health and Wellbeing Boards were required to submit a draft Better Care Fund plan to NHS England on February 14, 2014.

I am asking for the draft plan submitted by your council’s Health and Wellbeing Board.
