Beal’s Banners at the corner of Locks Road and Warsash Road

The request was successful.

Dear Fareham Borough Council,

Beal’s are displaying two very large banners at the corner of Locks Road and Warsash Road advertising the sale of a property. What are the two planning application references for each of these banners, at which planning committee meeting were they considered and approved?

If there has been no approval, why are the banners still being displayed after several months? Also, when are Beal’s going to be fined (at I believe £872 per banner) and when will the banners be removed?

Yours faithfully,

H Russell
