Be The Spark and REAP
Dear Welsh Government,
I am trying to understand the REAP project and Be The Spark, what funding was allocated and what was achieved for thag funding.
A categorised breakdown of funding by cost code or expense type provided to the REAP project and Be The Spark by year from 2014 to current. Please provide the budget for the launch event and salaries, travel, marketing and branding and detail which companies or individuals received payments. Please provide details of travel and the class of travel. If categorised items are not available please provide the business case or budgets agreed.
Please outline the aims, objectives and targets, KPI's or outcomes of REAP and Be The Spark, I.e. What was the funding provided intended to achieve. Please provide performance against these targets or objectives, I.e. How successful were these projects and what difference did they make for the funding.
Please outline the governance and reporting arrangements in place to oversee the project and minutes of any meetings about either project. Who authorised the expenditure and who was responsible for oversight and monitoring.

Thank you for your email. To try and reduce the amountof information requested please provide the following:
Costs for REAP and Be The Spark provided by the Welsh Government since 2015. How were the budgets spent and whI'ch organisation or individuals received payment. Information from your payments system should be sufficient but I would Iike the launch or other events and branding to be made clear.
Any Information evaluating or measuring the outcomes or performance of the initiatives against their stated aims and objectives. I assume some measurement has taken place for the budget provided?
Really, I am simply trying to understand at a high level, the difference this initiative made and what it cost the Welsh Government.
