Please provide:

1. The number of BBC employees based in Scotland.
2. The number of BBC employees based outside of Scotland.

This information may be given according to their office.

3. The name of the person or persons in charge of selecting which stories are featured in BBC News both online and broadcast, as well as which office they are based in.
4. The name of the person or persons in charge of selecting which stories are featured in BBC News Scotland online and Reporting Scotland broadcast, as well as which office they are based in.

Additionally,

5. The number of complaints made to the BBC regarding bias against Scotland / Scottish mis-reporting.
6. Any studies relating to the impact of Scottish independence on the BBC.

I do not consider any of this information to be protected under the exemption for "journalism, art, and literature" and - should this request be refused - I would appreciate a full explanation of the journalistic relevance of the data requested on a point-by-point basis.
