Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for the three files.

Could you please provide dates for the assessments identified as Segment 002 and Segment 003?

Yours faithfully

Graeme Bickerdike

East Sussex County Council

Dear Mr Bickerdike

The documents form one document dated April 2015; due to the size it had
to be split in order to email it to you but I can confirm that this was
originally one document.

I apologise for not making that clear in our response and for any
confusion caused by this.

Kind regards

Dear Sir/Madam

According to the minutes of a meeting involving ESCC and National Highways on 18 Nov 2021, "[the ESCC representative] stated that they had 5 different assessments to BE4 and BD21 on file".

Could you please check that there are no other assessments available.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir/Madam

I already have a BE4 assessment produced by Jacobs for BRB (Residuary) in January 2013 as part of its 2012-2015 Major Works programme.

Is this the same assessment you have located?

Yours sincerely

Graeme Bickerdike

Dear Mr Bickerdike

Yes, I have been advised that the BE4 dated 2013 is the only assessment we
hold apart from the BD21 assessment report previously sent to you.
