Banned Gas Practices Installed and Passed In New Train Station Port Rush

Dear Department for Infrastructure (Northern Ireland),

On the announcement on January 2017 Port Rush Regeneration Project this 17million pounds executive endorsed initiate was implemented.
Firstly I want to bring to your attention the gas explosion which happened on May 11th 2004 at the ICL factory in Glasgow where 9 were killed and 40 persons were injured the judge appointed in the £400,000 fine was Lord Brodie who banned certain practices with regards to buried pipework conveying gas.
1. With regards to the £5.5 million pounds of public money spent on the development of the now new Port Rush Train Station why has public money been used to support banned practices with regards to buried metal gas services currently feeding the new Port Rush train station, a judgement of these practices have already been adjudicated by Lord Brodie back in 2004 how has this been overlooked or missed?
2.What measures are put in place to stop the constant squandering of public money and tax payers money used to support banned practices specifically the metal gas pipework and joints feeding the train station buried under the tarmac from the LPG tanks at our new Port Rush train station.
3. What action are our Department of Communities taking to recover the monies invested and what action will the department of communities take against the main contractor and further possible tenders being applied for?
