Dear Mr Hilsden,

Thank you very much for your response dated 02/09/2014.
I have not received any emails from Assistant Head of Revenues and Benefits for Hounslow Borough Council.
May I ask you to look into this and respond to my FOI enquiry
This is not to be confused with the letter I have sent to Head of Revenues and Benefits for Hounslow Borough Council for which I have received a vague response.

Yours sincerely,

Dragutin

Christine Holland, Hounslow Borough Council

Dear Mr Popovic

I refer to your letter dated 1 April 2015 to Councillor Curran in which
you request:

·        Details of the Council’s Professional Indemnity Insurance

·        Code of Practice documents

·        A copy of the Council’s Money Laundering policy

Professional Indemnity Insurance

The London Borough of Hounslow does not carry a bespoke Professional
Indemnity Insurance (PII).  It is not the Council’s normal business
operation policy to install PII cover for professionals it employs for
example, legal, financial or other technical people.

The Council does however have comprehensive general liability insurance
and within that coverage it has an extension module to cover  Officer’s
Indemnity (OI) insurance.

The OI cover responds to Officer or Member error or omission which is
alleged to have occurred as a result of carrying out the duties/functions
related to the business of London Borough of Hounslow without charging a
fee to a third party alleging a loss as a result of such error or
omission.

Code of Practice documents

The Council’s Code of Conduct for officers is attached.

Money Laundering Policy

The Council’s money laundering policy is attached.

I trust that I have provided the information that you are seeking.

Yours sincerely

Resources and Chief Executive's

Gadawodd Adamna anodiad ()

This request became a bizarre mix of public and private correspondence. On 7th April 2015 Hounslow Borough Council included an attachment in their response, which was a letter that the requester sent privately to the council, that included their full name and personal address details.
The council was very aware that personal details cannot be shared publicly, and refused the request on this basis. To proceed to reveal the requesters details in full, in breach of the Data Protection Act, is extraordinary.
Perhaps Dragutin would like to make a complaint.

I think I can help with your first question:
1.the number of bankruptcies related to council tax issues in last 6 years authorised by Hounslow Borough Council against the home owners who live in the borough
2009/10 - 1
2010/11 - 0
2011/12 - 0
2012/13 - 0
2013/14 - 0
2014/15 - 2
From figures submitted by the council to CIPFA

We.are.dealing with serious orgsnised crime by those individuals and institutions who meant to uphold the rule of kaw and due process.
Councils,Bailiffs,Courts and the Police that claim it is a civil matter are invokved in money laundering and theft of assets.
All this us happening because we have corrupted police who are involved in these crimes.
Time is up for these criminals and gangsters as they run out of lies and misrepresentatuon and places to hide.
Justice will prevail.
