regarding BAME representation in our school.

 

We hope the information is in the format required but please do not

Item 1 - included in the attached file

Item 2 – there are no positive action programmes currently in place to
address under-representation in the workforce or governing body, however
we are currently conducting a review across all areas of BAME
representation and working with colleagues in these ethnic categories are
developing a BAME Forum and further programs to follow in the new school
year.
