Thanks and kind regards

Dear Office,

I understand you are not a public authority in the formal sense but since you are delivering public services on behalf of a public authority (Birmingham City Council), all the duties that apply to them apply to you. On this basis you did provide me with the same data in the past. This is an opportunity for you to update on that.

Yours sincerely,

karamat iqbal

Dear Office,

A polite reminder

Yours sincerely,

karamat iqbal

Dear Office,

Dear colleagues
I understand you are not a public body. However, you are a supplier to a public body, ie Birmingham City Council. For this reason, any laws such as FOI that apply to them apply to you. This was the reason you have responded positively to my previous data requests.

I hope you will do so on this occasion and respond positively to my request for data on BAME representation.

Yours sincerely,

karamat iqbal

Dear Karamat

I have checked with the ICO and do not feel that this covers us even as we
are a charity that supplies a service to a public authority.  We are not a
large organisation and we do not feel it is appropriate at this time.

According to my records we have not responded to these requests previously
because of the same reason.

Hope you appreciate our stance.

Kind regards
