Dear A Ali

Further to our acknowledgment email below, we advise that we would like
you to clarify:

a)    What is the definition of ‘managerial position’ in question 2 of
your request, and does that include BAME doctors and dentists in
managerial positions, however that is defined?  So that you know, we do
not have a list of line managers in the Trust, but we can provide a list
of BAME staff according to their Agenda for Change Bands.

b)    What is the definition of ‘senior management team’ in question 3 of
your request.  Is this limited to Directors, non-Executive Directors and
the Chair?

We look forward to having your clarification without which we will be
unable to deal with  your request.

Thank you.
