Thank you for your email, which has been treated as an internal review of
the Council's response to your recent FOI request.

 

Having reviewed the information sent to you, namely the Tender and
Specification for Bailiff Services, the issue of complaints is raised in
the Tender Specification at point 5 (page 10), point 21 (page 19), and in
Appendix 4 point 14 (page 36), while the 'Authority Code of Practice for
Bailiffs' is included as Appendix 5 (page 38).

 

The responding officer also included a link to the Council's complaints
procedure on our website.

 

It is therefore my opinion that the Council responded to your enquiry
appropriately, and issued you with all relevant information.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the result of your internal review, you also
have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner, whose address
