Dear Bromley Borough Council,
I am writing to you to make an open government request for all the information which I am entitled to under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I would like to request information relating to the contributions paid towards the Section 106 Agreements (S106) at the following site:
Holy Trinity Covent School, 81 Plaistow Lane, Bromley BR1 3LL
Planning reference: 11/01687 & 11/01688
1)Health Contribution
2)Affordable Housing Payment in lieu
Please provide me with amounts and dates of:
- Monies received;
- Monies spent and evidence of what the funds were spent on;
- Any amounts allocated;
- Any amounts unspent;
- Any amounts unspent that have been repaid.

Department is as follows:
We can confirm that £2,173,150 was received against these agreements
(205/289) on 03/08/2012. Details of S106 sums are contained in the
Public, Executive, Resources and Contracts Policy Development and Scrutiny
Committee Reports, the latest version being 20 October 2020 - see agenda
item 10 (46 on the webpage).
