Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Southwark Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Aylesbury Estate Phase 1a'.

I requested,"All the documents that detail and explain why this planning did not go ahead."

I only received a summary of what happen from a meeting 6 months later," In May 2006 these plans were suspended prior to completion of the design process, because of health and safety concerns regarding the design of the day centre and a new design was commissioned for the provision of a resource centre within an enlarged scheme."

My request was for ALL documents.

I require the planning documents which were being used which contain the health and safety concerns, the reports that assessed there was a health and safety concern and the minutes from the meeting that approved the withdrawal of the planning application prior to a new planning application being drawn up.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,
