Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear University of Edinburgh,

I am Lara Pérez Jurado (student number s2007093), an alumnus who graduated in December 2021 with a Master's Degree in Education (Comparative Education and International Development) from the Moray House School of Education and Sports.

I am getting in touch with you because I am in the process of applying to the PhD at the University Autonomous of Barcelona and they are asking me URGENTLY for the average mark of my promotion:
"Average mark for the promotion of external master's studies at the University Autonomous of Barcelona (average mark obtained from the average marks of the graduates of that study and year)."

I am sorry for the very short notice, but the University Autonomous of Barcelona have just published the list of the missing documents from the PhD candidates' applications and they have required us to submit further documentation regarding our qualifications studied abroad by the 7th of February.

I hope you can help me get this document as it seems to be crucial for be elegible for the scholarship.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you very much,

Best Regards,

Lara

Dear [email address],
I am sorry but there has been a confusion. I am not asking for my average mark (which I already have). I am asking for the average mark of my whole cohort. Final number of distinctions, merits, passes and fails. Thank you very much.

Yours sincerely,

Lara
