Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Moore
Thank you for the request below.

education and training and established under the Care Standards Act
2000.
With regard to social services, these are are provided by your local

Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Moore
We have already responded to your request in our capacity as the GSCC.
If you are unsatisfied with our response you are entitled to direct your
concern to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Kind regards
Rupinder Panesar
Dear Rupinder Panesar,
You quoted a statute at me. You did not mention any LAW. I asked for the authority of LAW. I still ask for the authority of LAW.
Yours sincerely,
James Moore
Dear Mr Moore
I reiterate that the law under which the GSCC was formed is the Care
Standards Act 2000. Social workers have to work in accordance with
various legislation depending on what area of social work they work
within: there is no single piece of law that they have to abide to.
We will not be responding again to your requests because the information
requested is accesible by other means such as online resources and the
web link we have already provided you with. Under section 21 of the
Freedom of Information Act, we are not required to provide information
in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you.
As mentioned previously, if you are unsatisfied with how we have dealt
with your request you have the right to direct your complaint to the
Information Commissioner's Office:

Statutory Instruments ARE NOT LAW.
They are CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS imposed on the Governed by their implied consent.
NATURAL LAW boils down to TWO things:
1. Do no harm;
2. Do not deprive.
Statutory Instruments invariably run against Natural Law, in that they are used almost exclusively to DEPRIVE the governed of their money and possessions (and often, family members), and to cause the maximum amount of mental anguish to the uneducated (I use the term freely as not many people *are* versed in Legalese).
I will ask elsewhere, obviously there aren't many men or women on here who are aware of the difference, or if they are they intend to keep the rest of us in ignorance of it. For now I will assume, until told otherwise, that Social Services do operate outside the LAW. Hence, they are operating UNLAWFULLY by the tacit admission of ignorance of both the LAW **and** the difference between Law and Statute displayed here.

Dear Mr Moore.
What a poor response to your perfectly clear questions.
Sounds like the reply was defensive especially when the responder said " at me " at one point.
I think i may ask this question to Luke Clements.
Best regards
Liz

Human Rights and UN Law (UN Convention on Human Rights) applies and is ratified by this country whether or not we are part of the EU.
Currently Local Authorities (legal dept and heads of SS Depts) are responsible for the implementation of LAW regarding Human Rights, DDA and so on.
It is evident, for example, some councils are routinely violating Article 3: Inhuman Treatment
[] or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment
Article 4
Slavery (d) any work or service which forms part of
normal civic obligations. (forcing sick and disabled people into having to learn employment law when they are ill and so on, can translate to torture)
Article 8: Right to privacy
(1) Everyone has the right for his private and family life, his
home and his correspondence.
(2) There shall be no interference by a public authority with the
exercise of this right except such as is in accordance with the law
and is necessary in a democratic society in the interests of
national security, public safety or the economic well-being of the
country, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the
protection of health or morals, or for the protection of the rights
and freedoms of others.
Some Social Services seem entirely oblivious to the physical pain disabled people face daily, let alone the distress they cause, and worse- some Social Workers seem to enjoy making life difficult for people in pain.
Best wishes,
Liz

The Care Standards Act 2000 is a Statute, not a Law. Acts of Parliament are NOT Law. They are Statutory Instruments. Please disclose what LAW provides the authority for social workers to operate.
