Dear Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy,

I'm making this request to expand the scope of a previous successful request (BEIS ref: FOI2017/28051). Please, could you tell me:

1) When was the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate set up?

2) How many complaints has the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate received about au pair agencies since it was set up?

3) How many inspections has the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate carried out on au pair agencies since it was set up?

4) How many prosecutions has the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate brought against au pair agencies since it was set up?

Shouldn't it be possible to obtain data since the EAS was set up, could you please provide information from the earliest time available.

Yours faithfully,

Angela Locatelli
