Attorney General consent and material sent in 2017 re R v Edward Thacker and others (Stansted 15)

I'm wondering if the ECJ ruling on the boundaries of LPP in Akzo Nobel Chemicals Limited and Akcros Chemicals Limited v Commission of the European Communities (C‑550/07 P 14 September 2010) has any impact here. It's clear this was not independent legal advice
