Dear Attorney General’s Office,

Please provide the following information.

1. A copy of the policy or guidance for taking contempt proceedings against private citizens [who is/are not a public servant].

In addition please provide a copy of the last judgement or order when the following occurred;

A. The last occasion when the A-G made an application for committal [or other sanction] proceedings against a private citizen [who was not a public servant].

Please provide any information in electronic format.
