Dear Kirsty,

thanks for the update. I do understand and I hope you can respond shortly,

Yours sincerely,

B Lawson

Dear Kirsty Rothwell,

my FOI request to you is now well overdue - I should have had a response by 9 April 2021 at the latest.

You previously emailed to say "The University remains committed to responding to your request and will do
so as soon as we can. I expect to be able to provide a response by Friday 16^th April 2021 or provide a further update as applicable."

My request is specific and concerns reports that should have been readily available so it should have required little time to respond to.

Yours sincerely,

B Lawson

Dear Kirsty Rothwell,

I am still awaiting a response to my straightforward request for a small amount of information.

By law you should have responded to my request by 9 April 2021.

You have now delayed for more than one month (today is 10 May 2021).

Please can you explain the reason for this unacceptable delay and provide me with the information that I requested.

Yours sincerely,

B Lawson

Dear Kirsty Rothwell,

The response to my request is now long overdue. Y

By law, under all circumstances, you should have responded by now

I have now referred this request to the Office of the Information Commissioner.

Yours sincerely,

B Lawson
