I read this FOI with some amazement. Although it is marked as successful - and clearly, in the response email it states "For your information this letter constitutes a refusal notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of
Information Act. An exemption under Section 21 of the Act is being applied as the information is
accessible by other means."
In order to provide the requested information it would have taken just a few minutes, and it would also have been useful/informative to the requester that the alternative source was available. As it is, I think this response shows a crass disregard for the interests of the constituent. This is very lazy, put simply.
