cinema falls outside the ownership of The Crown Estate, and for that
reason we hold no information relevant to your request.

I am writing further to your further email of 22 June 2021 in relation to
asbestos reports.

 

There is only one vacant unit at the Silverlink retail park, which is the
former Mothercare unit. We do not have an asbestos survey on this unit at
the moment but have instructed one.  

 

The only other communal unit is the cabin for the security lodge which was
purchased by The Crown Estate around a decade ago. We hold no relevant
reports for the security cabin.
