Dear Middlesbrough Council,

Please could you kindly provide some information as to whether there is an Article 4 Direction in the area of Middlesbrough, that may restrict the conversion of a C3 dwelling into a C4 dwelling (HMO). An attached map of this Article 4 area would be ideal.
