Thank you for your information request dated 21/11/2019.

I am happy to supply you with the information you requested.

The Council does not share the management or operation of any of the
support services listed in your Freedom of Information request except in
the case of Internal Audit.

In the case of Internal Audit, the service is provided through a Service
Level Agreement on a Client/Contractor basis.  No staff have been subject
to TUPE as a result of this agreement.  

The total cost of the services is variable as it is based on day rates,
however the Agreement is capped at a maximum of £120,000 per annum.

The SLA is not based on FTE.
