Dear Tendring District Council,

Please provide a list of all roundabouts on the A137 for which 'sponsorship' arrangements exist.

Please also provide details of

- the identity of sponsors over the last three years;

- the location of the roundabouts they have sponsored;

- the dates and details of the decision taken by the decision-maker within the Authority;

- whether decision taken by a meeting of a Committee or under delegated powers; and

- the exact amounts of revenue received by the Authority in each financial year since the relevant arrangement was entered into.

Further to your request for information received on 25 February 2013 I am
writing to confirm that the Council does hold the information of the
description specified in your e-mail.

 

I therefore list below the answers to your questions:

 

Please provide a list of all roundabouts on the A137 for which sponsorship
arrangements exist.

Answer:   There is only one roundabout on the A137.

 

The Identity of sponsors over the last three years.

Answer:   There is only one roundabout as above.

 

The dates and details of the decision taken by the decision-maker within
the Authority.

Answer:   Decision to enter into an agreement with Immediate Solutions to
actively promote sponsorship was taken in 2005.  Decision taken by
Councillor H Shearing, Technical Services Portfolio Holder.

 

The exact amounts of revenue received by the Authority in each financial
year since the relevant arrangement was entered into.

Answer:  As above in the small table.
