Dear British Army,

Could you supply me with an up to date copy of JSP 950 Leaflet 6-7-7 Chapter 4 when medically assessing candidates and specifically Annex L when considering anxiety disorders? It has currently been updated and this not up to date on the current available JSP 950 Lft 6-7-7 (V1.4 Sep 18) that I have found online.

Also what are the success rates of being able to successfully appeal a decision based on 2 episodes of anxiety?

I am a applicant who isn’t able to remove entries of 2 single episodes but i have been able to act upon GDPR law and ask for right for rectification. The entires at the time are still on my medical record but new up to date information states I did not suffer from anxiety. Is this enough evidence for my appeal to be overturned?

If not what more evidence do I need?

Yours faithfully,

Miss S Brewster

Dear British Army,

I have found the information I have been looking for through the FOI website which someone else has requested for this information.

Yours faithfully,
