Thank you for your correspondence which was received by North Ayrshire
Council, requesting information.

North Ayrshire Council acknowledges receipt of your request and will
respond to you within 20 working days as required by the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (please note day 1 of your request is the

If your request is regarding information which is considered environmental
information the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004
(EISR) will also apply. Both EISR and FOISA provide similar rights to
access information and place requirements on the Council to consider

The Council will now consider your request and identify any relevant
records held. Please note, should your request relate to environmental
information in terms of Section 7 of the Regulations (complex or
voluminous requests), the Council may extend the timescale to 40 working
days. We will write to you as soon as possible after receipt of your
