Area of land covered by sale of the former Gulf Oil Refinery site, Waterston, Pembrokeshire.
Dear Welsh Government,
Please could you detail which areas of land and assets (land, above ground structures, below ground structures, jetties) were sold to Egnedol at the Waterston site, Pembrokeshire; a map outline of reasonable scale would be sufficient.
Would WG also identify which areas of land remain in their ownership and were not sold to Egnedol, there are several out-laying parcels of land cotained within the Gulf/Petroplus/4Gas bundle which may not have been included and still retain significant development opportunity.
