Wirral Council can confirm that the information you are seeking can be
found in the ‘Summary of Initial Green Belt Assessment’ which was subject
to public consultation as part of the [2]Development Option Review. This
can be found on the Council’s website:

This contains the area in hectares for each parcel and sub parcel
identified within your request.

 

Your request is therefore refused in accordance with Regulation 6(1)(b) of
the EIRs.

 

Reg.6.(1) Where an applicant requests that the information be made
available in a particular form or format, a public authority shall make it
so available, unless

 a. it is reasonable for it to make the information available in another
form or format; or .
 b. the information is already publicly available and easily accessible to
the applicant in another form or format.

 

You have the right under Regulation 11 to ask for this decision to be
reviewed. To do so please direct this to
