applying for UK provisional license with BRP

The request is waiting for clarification. If you are Doris, please sign in to send a follow up message.

Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,

Can I apply for a provisional license with a valid Residence Permit online? Mine is valid until 2022. Do I just indicate the BRP number on the online application?

Will I need to physically send in any documentation or would the online application suffice with my details?

Yours faithfully,
Doris Wong
