Application Statistics on Mar 14 PEO Croydon- ILR

The request was partially successful.

Dear UK Border Agency,

I would like to know-

1) How many applications for ILR were made on 14 March 2012 with PEO Croydon under premium service (same day service.

2) How many were decided on same day and how many were deffered?

3) How many are now completed where decision has been made by 21st Sept 2012 and how many are still pending?

4) Reason/s for the pending application?

Yours faithfully,

Brij Wadhawan

Dear UK Border Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of UK Border Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Application Statistics on Mar 14 PEO Croydon- ILR'.

It clearly states in your reply to my initial request that no more ILR applications which were made with PEO Croydon under Premium Service on 14.03.2012 are pending but on the other hand I have not been contacted by UKBA till date which is very surprising. Due to the fact I need to make sure that this information provided to me earlier is correct.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Brij
