Dear Roe, Richard,

Many thanks for the information.

Within the original FOI request, the 2 specific questions asked were:

1. The waste management charge (1) of £51,294 2015/16 was originally noted as "not agreed", please can you confirm the current status of this charge..?
2. In addition to the aforementioned information you have already provided, please detail any subsequent performance deductions made against the Amey contract in respect of the financial total (£), the period and the payment status of either paid/not agreed or other.

Whilst you have provided partial information for Q2, I would be grateful if you could answer Q1 in terms of if the £51,294 has been paid as it was originally reported as "in dispute/not agreed", and also confirm if the deduction charges you provided (Q2) have been paid, not paid or in dispute/not agreed..?

Yours sincerely,

Dr kevin parker
