Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Stoke on Trent City Council,

Can I please have a list of all the alternative provision and the learning pathways that stoke on Trent council have currently? This is the list that is given to schools. I believe it should be on the SEND local offer and should be available to every parent who would like to read it to become fully informed.

Can I also have the figures around how many children access these provisions and what SEND (special educational needs and disability) category these children fall under?

Can I also ask how much is each provision costs per annum?

Yours faithfully,

Michelle

FOI, Stoke on Trent City Council

Dear Michelle

provision per day. This information is now available on the local offer.

Can I also have the figures around how many children access these

Response: There are currently 18 students with EHCP’s accessing Learning
Pathways. Of these 7 are BESD, 7 are SMEH, 3 are MLD and 1 is PD. There
are over 200 students accessing Learning Pathways as a whole however, this
changes daily and all places are funded through agreements by the school
where the students are on roll
