which we received on 3^rd of June 2018, for information held by the
Council. Your request is as follows:

 

Please provide a copy of the contract which was in place between the

Response

 

The Council considers that this information is exempt from disclosure
under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act (Reasonably
Accessible), which provides an exemption from the duty to disclose
information which is accessible to the applicant by other means. The MMA
is in the public domain and available on the TMO website link below.
