Allocation of funds to Community Led Housing Groups

We're waiting for G Anthony to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Greater London Authority,

This enquiry relates to the £38m London Community Housing Fund created for London (with the prospectus published in January 2019). Please let me know, in relation to both parts of the fund administered by the CLH London Hub and directly by the GLA, and by reference to the stages identified in the table in Appendix 1 to the prospectus:

1. The total amount of funds that have been allocated to community led housing groups, broken down into amounts allocated:
1A: for Group Stage
1B: for Site Stage
1C: for Plan Stage 1
1D: for Plan Stage 2
1E: for Plan Stage 3
1F: as capital grant to support entry into a build contract for construction of homes

2. The total number of groups awarded funding, broken down into the number of groups awarded funding:
2A: for Group Stage
2B: for Site Stage
2C: for Plan Stage 1
2D: for Plan Stage 2
2E: for Plan Stage 3
2F: as capital grant to support entry into a build contract for construction of homes

3. The total number of homes that are planned as part of projects that have been supported by the use of these funds, broken down into the number of homes:
3A: anticipated from objectives agreed through Group Stage funding
3B: anticipated after searching for and agreeing a site for Site Stage
3C: anticipated after design and planning application submitted for Plan Stage 1
3D: anticipated that might need support for changes once a planning application is submitted, or to produce more work during planning for Plan Stage 2
3E: anticipated after technical design with the appointment of a contractor to start on site for Plan Stage 3
3F: to be constructed with the support of capital grant funding.
