Allegedly differing Policies applied between Public and Private Sectors for allegations of fraud

Dear Northumbria Police and Crime Panel,

Would the Members of your Panel please provide any and all recorded information , including information held on computers, in emails and in printed or handwritten documents ( including minutes of formal meetings of either Officers and / or Members together with any attendance notes taken by either Officers and / or Individual Members at any informal meetings ) as well as images, video and audio recordings , minutes etc , and which is held by your Statutory Body and relates to :-

1) The Policy which you apply to criminal allegations made by Electors / Members of the Public against past and / or serving Council Members and / or Council Officers of Local Authorities , including the most Senior Officers who carry various Statutory Positions within the legal framework of Local Government , ( for example , Monitoring Officers , Solicitors , Auditors ) , and how your Panel applies an allegedly differing Policy being a more stringent standard towards ordinary Members of the Public working in the Private Sector , than it does towards Public Sector Employees , especially towards allegations of fraud made under Sections 3 & 4 of the Fraud Act 2006 ?
