Please provide full details of all contracts and agreements relating in any manner to Piel Island. Please include ALL agreements, including those relating to grazing or mowing. Please include all communication with those parties.

Please also provide full details of the investigation, including the outcome, into fly tipping and burning of trade waste and plastics upon the protected element of the Piel Island SSSI, and supposedly carried out by Alan Barker in this year.

Please provide full details of your code of ethics.

Your request has now been considered and the information requested is below:-

"Please provide full details of all contracts and agreements relating in any manner to Piel Island. Please include ALL agreements, including those relating to grazing or mowing. Please include all communication with those parties".

The Council has already provided you with a copy of the lease agreement, however, this agreement will terminate on 31st October. The Council will provide you with a copy of the new lease agreement when it becomes available.

I can confirm that currently there aren't any agreements relating to grazing and mowing but this will be addressed in the near future.

I can confirm that the investigation was started but was not completed because there was insufficient evidence.

The Council does not have a code of ethics. The Council does have codes of conduct for Officers and Elected Members which are contained in the Council's Constitution which is available on the Council's website, link below:
